Lazaro Reutilio “Tilo” Dominguez was born on February 7, 1982 in Miami Florida. His father was born in Cuba and came to the United States during the “Mariel.” His mother was born in the United States, but her parents were also Cuban immigrants. Growing up in Miami, music was always a part of his life. His grandmother and grandfather “Celina y Reutilio,” were very famous singers in Cuba.
